Terms and Conditions

INFORMATION

- We can start the tours with the pick up at any hotel in Fátima or any other city like Lisbon or Porto (for more information, contact us);
- All insurances are in accordance with Portuguese law;
- Fátima Mini Tours is closed on January 1 and December 25;

RESPONSABILITY

- Fátima Mini Tours is not liable for delays due to traffic, mechanical failure, weather conditions or other unforeseen events;
- Fátima Mini Tours is not liable for any damage, lost or stolen property that may occur inside or outside the vehicle;
- Fátima Mini Tours is not liable for the actions of passengers, adult or minor, for personal accidents caused by themselves or by third parties;
- If there is a delay not attributable to Fátima Mini Tours and that delay jeopardizes the realization of another service, the delayed service can be shortened or canceled without any right to reimbursement;

PAYMENTS
- Full payment is required at the time of booking, no date or tour can be held or secured until payment has been done;
- All tours are subject to availability and will only happen with the minimum number of people indicated on the tour;
- Children up to 10 years old have a 50% discount;
- Meals and tickets for monuments or museums are not included in the tour unless explicitly stated;

CANCELLATIONS
- There is a full refund in case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour, provided that no third party companies were contracted for that tour or service;
